We want you to be completely captivated by your new artwork; if for any reason your piece does not suit your space, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund. Please ensure all original paintings and prints are handled with care and returned in their original gallery packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our studio within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your intent to return the artwork and receive a return authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the artwork using the original internal protective layers and sturdy outer box to prevent any damage during transit.

  Insured Shipping

  Ship the piece back to the Julie Dumbarton studio using a tracked and fully insured courier service to guarantee safe arrival.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the artwork to ensure it is in its original, pristine condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
